Ticketing FAQs

Tickets are available 6 weeks out from each concert on the Humanitix website.

We will send you out a poster mockup that you can print off for your school or email to your school

community. The poster will have details of each concert for that day. The poster will also have a QR code on it that once scanned will take parents to the ticket purchase page on the Humanitix website

This is dependent on ticket sales prior. Two concerts last year sold out.

We do recommend buying online and not relying on door sales if parents do not want to miss out.

An all day pass is available if you have more than one child performing on the same day at different concerts.

An all day pass entitles you entry to 2 or more concerts on the same day

Refunds are available up to 24 hrs prior to the start of each concert. Parents can request the refund themselves on the Humanitix website.

We open the doors to the auditorium approximately 30-40 minutes prior to the concert starting

All tickets are general admission.
