Tickets are available approx. 6 weeks out from each concert on the Humanitix website.

Your school will also have posters advertising the event with a QR code that will take you to the ticketing site.

This is dependent on ticket sales prior. They often sell out.

We do recommend buying online and not relying on door sales if you do not want to miss out.

Refunds are available up to 24 hrs prior to the start of each concert. Parents can request the refund themselves on the Humanitix website.

Please be at the venue 50 mins prior to the concert starting unless your school has stated otherwise.

Drop them off at the performers entrance which will have a sign.

There is wheel chair access and seating, ask staff on arrival.

We open the doors approximately 30-40 minutes prior to the concert starting.

Yes you can. As long as you have your flash OFF and do not get in anyone else's way.

NO. We would definitely prefer that this doesn’t happen as it creates an unnecessary disturbance for the whole concert.

It also means that the children miss out on the all-school waiata and haka at the end which is a highlight of each concert.

As we need to vacate the auditorium to prepare for the next concert, at the end of the concert Tutors/Teachers will take their group back out to the concourse and gather their bags and belongings.

We will instruct you from the stage where to pick your children up from.

NO parents are allowed on the concourse or to take their children directly from the arena or the concourse. Teachers are to take their groups outside to meet with the parents. This will avoid unnecessary congestion and confusion.

The full range of photos will be emailed to your school.

You can purchase merchandise (tees, hoodies, vests etc) on the day at our merch table in the foyer.

Alternatively you can preorder on our website ready for pickup (2-weeks in advance) at the concert or delivery.
